1) HDB loan is only available to an SC.
2) You can only apply for a bank loan if you are an SPR.
3) Housing grant is also only available for SC. This has to be applied separately to the HDB.
4) Prices you saw on all advertising portals are the ideal selling price indicated by the seller.
